These payment terms govern all bookings and payments made online through Adyen for Swiss Yachts. By completing a booking and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms: 

1. Payment Policy 

• A 50% down payment of the total booking value is required for all reservations made 48 hours or more prior to the booking date. 
• A 100% prepayment of the total booking value is required for all reservations made less than 48 hours prior to the booking date. 
• All payments are processed securely through Adyen. 

2. Non-Refundable Payments 

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 3 below. 
• Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. 

3. Refunds & Cancellations Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional cases: 

• Operational Issues: If Swiss Yachts is unable to deliver the booked service due to internal operational constraints. 
• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Swiss Yachts (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, safety-related events). 

4. In such cases, Swiss Yachts will either: 

• Offer a full refund, or 
• Provide a rebooking option at no additional cost, subject to availability. 

5. Customer Responsibility 

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details and ensuring timely arrival. 
• No refunds or credits will be issued in cases of customer no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations initiated by the customer. 

6. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
